Kovács Mónika kollektív emlékezetről és holokausztoktatásról szóló könyve arra tesz kísérletet, hogy meghatározza a múltfeldolgozás homályos - és gyakran politikai eszközként használt - fogalmát, és feltárja azokat a szociálpszichológiai folyamatokat, amelyek elősegítik, vagy éppen hátráltatják a holokauszt tanulságainak levonását.
