Abstract
CST recorded 310 antisemitic incidents across the United Kingdom
in the first six months of 2010.
This is a 51 per cent fall from the 628 incidents recorded in the first
six months of 2009
. It is, however, a 12 per cent increase on the 277
incidents recorded in the first half of 2008.
The 2009 figure was abnormally high due to the record number
of antisemitic incidents recorded that year, because of reactions
to the conflict between Israel and Hamas in Gaza.
