Abstract
This is a slightly revised web edition of the 1994 book of the same name, produced 'with the assistance of' Rozalina Ryvkina and published by Macmillan Press and the Institute of Jewish Affairs. The book reports the results of some of the first surveys conducted on Jews in the FSU. Topics discussed include emigration, antisemitism, Jewish identity and demography.
