Abstract
The report is based mainly on a survey of 989 Muscovites conducted in October 1992 and a survey of 1000 Jews conducted in Moscow, Kiev and Minsk from February to April 1994. The report discusses findings on negative attitudes to Jews by non-Jews and Jewish perceptions of antisemitism. The report is based in part on other publications FSU3 and RUS1
