Abstract
Die Recherche- und Informationsstelle Antisemitismus Berlin erfasste im ersten Halbjahr 2018 in Berlin insgesamt 527 antisemitische Vorfälle. Darunter waren 18 Angriffe, 21 gezielte Sachbeschädigungen, 18 Bedrohungen, 401 Fälle verletzenden Verhaltens sowie 69 antisemitische Massenzuschriften. Im Vergleich zum gleichen Vorjahreszeitraum bleibt die Zahl der gemeldeten antisemitischen Vorfälle in Berlin damit konstant auf hohem Niveau. Besonderen Anlass zur Sorge gibt unter anderem die deutliche Zunahme gemeldeter antisemitischer Angriffe, deren Zahl sich im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum verdoppelt hat.

The research and information center Antisemitismus Berlin recorded in the first half of 2018 in Berlin a total of 527 anti-Semitic incidents. Among them were 18 attacks, 21 targeted property damage, 18 threats, 401 cases of infringing behavior and 69 anti-Semitic mass mailings. Compared to the same period of the previous year, the number of reported anti-Semitic incidents in Berlin thus remains at a high level. Of particular concern is the marked increase in reported anti-Semitic attacks, which have doubled in comparison with the same period of the previous year.
