Abstract

Assessment of the European Commission’s claims, based on a 2018 survey of the Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA), that (1) the IHRA working definition of antisemitism reflects what the “vast majority of European Jews perceives as antisemitic”; and (2) “Israel-related antisemitism” is the “predominant form” of antisemitism encountered by European Jews.
