Abstract

The authors warn that the Internet has provided an attractive format and a relatively regulation-free environment for both the publication of racist material and the organization of the activities of neo-Nazi and other far-right organizations, terrorist and extremist groups. The authors advocate a number of short- and long-term Internet policy recommendations for organizations in the public, private and voluntary sectors which provide access to the Internet.
