Abstract
Met een totaal aantal incidenten van 159 is het niveau terug naar het jaar 2001. Het zit daar zelfs nog onder. Het grote verschil met de voorgaande drie jaren, toen het aantal incidenten hoog was, is vooral te danken aan het geringe aantal e-mails en de afname van het aantal scheldpartijen. Opvallend is dat met 9 incidenten in de categorie Fysiek geweld deze categorie de op één na grootste is sinds 1999. En dat is zorgelijk.
