๏ A decrease compared to the years 2018 (541 acts) and 2019 (687 acts)
๏ Similar to the numbers in 2016 (335 acts) and 2017 (311 acts)
‣ In 2020, we observe that the number of violent acts that were recorded (44) is almost
identical to the 2019 figure (45), despite 3.5 months of lockdown and a decrease in
community activities.
‣ We observe a decrease in the number of acts of vandalism, graffiti, hate mail and Antisemitic
insults that have been reported to the police.
However, similar Antisemitic acts flourish on the Internet and those behind them are not
taken to court or sentenced.
