Abstract
CST recorded 178 university-related antisemitic incidents in the academic years 2024-26: 83 incidents in 2024/25 and 95 incidents in 2025/26.This represents an increase of 14% in university-related incidents from 2024/25 to 2025/26.
The 178 university-related antisemitic incidents recorded in the two academic years covered by this report is significantly lower than the unprecedented 272 incidents recorded during the single year of 2023/24 – the academic year that included the attack by Hamas on Israel on 7 October 2023.
However, the 83 incidents recorded in 2024/25 are 57% higher than the 53 incidents recorded in 2022/23, the final academic year before that attack; the 95 incidents recorded in 2025/26 are 79% higher.
