Abstract
National Report Cards include contextualised, summarised and scored indicators based on available evidence with recommendations resulting from a process of stakeholder engagement. The main target group of the National Report Cards are national and regional policy-makers. Another target group are civil society organisations for whom the indicators can shape their own national advocacy and programmatic strategies. Finally, researchers from many disciplines are welcome to make use of these Report Cards to evaluate the implementation and impact of policies and programmes that counter antisemitism and foster Jewish life.
