Abstract
Das Working Paper untersucht 28 Fortbildungskonzepte für die Justiz, die sich mit Antisemitismus, Recht und jüdischen Perspektiven befassen. Auf der Ebene der juristischen Auseinandersetzung ist ein Schwerpunkt auf strafrechtlichen Themen zu erkennen. Außerdem liegen Schwerpunkte auf modernem Antisemitismus sowie rechtsextremen und verschwörungsideologischen Spektren. Antijudaistischer Antisemitismus wird hingegen kaum und antisemitisches Othering überhaupt nicht erwähnt. Leerstellen gibt es auch bei links/antiimperialistischem und christlichem Antisemitismus sowie dem Antisemitismus der politischen Mitte.
Translated Abstract
This working paper examines 28 training concepts for the judiciary that deal with antisemitism, the law and Jewish perspectives. As far as the legal dimension is concerned, the concepts mainly deal with criminal law issues. Besides, there is a focus on modern antisemitism and far-right backgrounds as well as conspiracy backgrounds. Anti-Judaic antisemitism is barely mentioned and antisemitic othering is not mentioned at all. There are also gaps when it comes to left-wing/anti-imperialist antisemitism, the antisemitism of Christians or the antisemitism of the political center.
