This book analyzes the widespread social resentment against RB Leipzig from the perspective of anti-Semitism. In an empirically founded theoretical analysis, this book presents a study that is as innovative as it is trend-setting about the fan culture of the Ultras and the forms of articulation of anti-Semitism in the 21st century. Brunssen impressively explains how the rejection of RB Leipzig is fed by a centuries-old pool of anti-Semitic images.
