Jewish Communal Service Association of North America (JCSA)
Jewish Community Centers and the federation are the two institutions primarily charged with community-building and as such should pursue a new strategic partnership capable of promoting Jewish identity and education. By working together, they can also enhance communal fund-raising and planning efforts.
