Abstract
Cet article se propose de rendre compte d’une clinique particulière auprès d’aidants de conjoints et de parents atteints de la maladie d’Alzheimer survivants de la Shoah, anciens enfants juifs cachés en France durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
Après une description de ce dispositif innovant et de la particularité de la psychopathologie des ex-enfants juifs cachés et de leur descendance, nous monterons comment le confinement imposé en 2020 en raison de la crise sanitaire produite par la circulation de la Covid-19 a impacté ces suivis cliniques et a fonctionné comme un effet loupe du « télescopage des générations », tel un emboitement générationnel.
À partir d’un suivi clinique particulier, nous décrirons comment la réception d’une boite en héritage, a permis de travailler à un désem-boite-ment générationnel et à soutenir une dynamique d’élaboration.

Translated Abstract
This article aims to report on a particular clinic with caregivers of spouses and parents suffering from Alzheimer's disease who were Holocaust survivors, former Jewish children hidden in France during the Second World War.
After a description of this innovative device and the particularity of the psychopathology of former hidden Jewish children and their descendants, we will show how the confinement imposed in 2020 due to the health crisis produced by the circulation of Covid-19 impacted these clinical follow-ups and functioned as a magnifying glass effect of the "telescoping of generations", such as a generational nesting. Based on a particular clinical follow-up, we will describe how the receipt of a box as an inheritance made it possible to work towards a generational un-nesting and to support a dynamic of elaboration.
