Abstract

More than 70 years since the end of World War II, anti-Semitism continues to be present in many European countries including the Czech Republic. Today, we can even observe the increase of negative attitudes toward the Jews in Europe; however, the reasons for this may differ from country to country. The aim of this chapter is to analyze anti-Semitism in the Czech Republic where two quite divergent phenomena meet.
