Abstract
La autora reflexiona sobre las causas del antisemitismo en España. Para ello, actualiza la última bibliografía sobre el tema y señala algunos aspectos a tener en cuenta: históricos, a través de la transferencia a los judeoconversos de estereotipos y prejuicios antijudíos a lo largo de siglos; pervivencia del fenómeno converso, y de la memoria antijudía, hasta entrado el siglo XX; o utilización del antisemitismo en el terreno político nacional.
Translated Abstract
The author reflects on the causes of anti-Semitism in Spain. To do this, she updates the latest literature on the subject and points out some things which should be considered: historical, through the transfer, for centuries, of anti-Jewish stereotypes and prejudices to converted Jews; the survival of the convert phenomenon and anti-Jewish memory well into the twentieth century; or the use of anti-Semitism in the national political arena.
