Abstract
An examination of the behavior of Moses, Aaron, and Eichmann can yield insight into the nature of how a Jewish communal professional should act. A professional takes ownership of his or her behavior and is responsible for its consequences. However, without some frame of reference (values) to guide this behavior, anyone can become like Aaron or Eichmann and participate in creating small tragedies.
