Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop information about leadership that will illuminate policy choices that could have a positive impact on the quality of American Jewish leadership into the next century. In particular, the research is focused on the recruitment, development, placement and retention of volunteer leaders and the exploration of the volunteer leader-professional staff relationship.
