Abstract
This is one of a series of reports on the Jewish population of the Detroit area drawn from the findings of the Detroit Area Jewish Population Study. Differently from other local population studies, this research is directed towards informing and ultimately influencing the policies and programs of their sponsors. Its primary aim is to address the policy concerns of the leaders of Detroit's Jewish communal institutions.
