A carefully crafted Israel experience, even one that is only two weeks in length, can have a significant impact on the personal and professional lives of its participants, as indicated in this study of the Cleveland Israel Educators' Seminar. There was a significant correlation between participation in the Seminar and professional stability, and it served as an impetus for many participants to engage in continuing study. All the respondents to this study reported that the Seminar enabled them to better integrate the various aspects of their Jewish identities.
