В статье рассматриваются различные аспекты такой важнейшей стороны традиционной культуры горских евреев, как семейно-брачный институт. Особое внимание автор уделяет формам заключения брака, отмечая при этом, что в прошлом они были довольно многочисленны, но в последние десятилетия практически единственной формой остался брак по сватовству. Нормы традиционного семейно-родственного этикета, внутрисемейных отношений, семейного воспитания у нальчикских горских евреев остаются неизменными, в то время как остальные характеристики семейнобрачного института либо приняли определенные инновационные формы, либо исчезли совсем
Translated Abstract
The article deals with the various aspects of such an important part of the traditional culture of the Mountain Jews as the institution of marriage and family. The author discusses the forms of marriage, noting that in the past they were quite numerous, but in recent decades virtually the only form of marriage is matchmaking one. The norms of the traditional family etiquette, relations and education of Nalchik Mountain Jews remain unchanged, while the other features of the marriage and family institution either have taken some innovative forms or disappeared completely.
